Wilkins Safety Group (South Coast)
I have been in the construction industry for over 10 years, starting out as a self employed tradesman before moving into the project management side. Having worked for a variety of companies ranging from a local reactive maintenance company covering Greater London to a multi million pound contractor serving Greater London as a project manager I took my skills into running my own contracting company service the entire south east from North London right the way down to Brighton and Hastings.
I moved to Dorset in 2020 where I closed my contracting company and started freelance work during the Covid pandemic for various different companies ranging from conservatory roof replacements to high end luxury new builds. The past year I have been working in the NHS as Capital Projects Manager managing various refurbishments from inception to completion in a busy live hospital.
In addition to the various project management experience, I have also been heavily involved in the Health and Safety side gathering experience of health and safety set up as the principal contractor in charge of the general site and employees and also as a client side project manager monitoring the contractors health and safety and ensuring safety within the live environment of work.
