B2B Sales Manager – Self Employed

  • Openings in Somerset, Hampshire and Dorset
  • £35,000 + per annum, OTE, (supported with a base salary and generous commission on all services
  • Reasonable expenses provided

  • OTE £35k+ based on 10 deals per month (uncapped commission)
  •  Ongoing residual commission post sale on all sales, with commission growth year by year.

The Role:

Visiting prospective businesses, networking events, and introducing our services and products to achieve sales. We will also expect you to keep liaising with them to ensure they have all areas covered and to see if they require additional services or support.

The Ideal Candidate:

No prior Health & Safety experience is necessary, but this is a splendid chance to grow your B2B sales skills and find the right solutions for each customer.

Having your own transport, a mobile and PC will be essential to enable you to fulfil this role effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to build a rapport with prospective clients and maintain positive relationships to help you succeed in this role. You should be innovative in how you do lead generation and energetic to grow opportunities in your area. For the right candidate, earning potential is vast.

Wilkins Safety Group are an experienced provider of health and safety services, from consulting, advising, training, fire advice, asbestos and CDM 2015 duties. Whichever industry our clients are in, we aim to provide them with the health and safety support they need.

Successful candidates will then be working in liaison with our Business Development Manager to help facilitate the ongoing growth of the company.
