This Level 2 Health and Safety – Retail course takes you through Working Safely, with specific additional content for workers within the retail sector. This section works through topics which focus on the four key hazards faced within a retail environment, Slips and Trips, Manual Handling, Transport and Violence. These common hazards can cause problems which in turn can lead to nasty accidents or issues for workers, customers and the knowledge you gain from this course will help to keep yourself, colleagues and customers safe in the retail environment.
